2nd graders Waylon and Teddy wrestle and play cops and robbers in Waylon's trailer, despite Teddy's mom's protest that Waylon's parents (who Waylon hasn't seen in quite a few days) are White Trash. The games get dangerous when Waylon brings out his father's gun. A chorus of teachers, politicans, preachers and social workers, watches on as the boys spiral into violence.
